Positive Practices Survey
Workplaces are experienced by through the behaviours we observe. We all observe a wide range behaviours at work as we interact with colleagues, customers, suppliers and others.
The Positive Practices Survey has been designed to identify the prevalence of six workplaces practices that can be observed through the behaviour of organisation members. The survey is divided into five sections:
Your individual responses to the questions will be aggregated with those from other respondents and are therefore anonymous and not visible in the feedback report that will be created. Any written comments you provide will appear verbatim in the report but not attributed to you personally.
The survey opens with some demographic questions to help your organisation understand where the practices are most and least prevalent, however, these questions will not be used to identify you with your responses.
If you have any questions about why your organisation is doing this survey you can contact Chris Gildersleeve by sending an email to surveys@gildersleeve.com.au
The Positive Practices Survey has been designed to identify the prevalence of six workplaces practices that can be observed through the behaviour of organisation members. The survey is divided into five sections:
- Current State - How often you’ve observed the behaviour in the last three months;
- Narrative responses to four questions where you share experiences of working at your organisation.
- Expected State - How often you think it’s fair and reasonable to observe the behaviour at work given the nature and context of your workplace, and
- Ideal State - Ideally how often you think you should observe the behaviour in your workplace in order for you to be most effective.
