Founded by Chris Gildersleeve, Set to Change is passionate about partnering with people to make purposeful change and create more engaging and innovative organisations through sustainable purposeful change. Chris is an experienced coach, facilitator and adult learning practitioner who formulates bespoke interventions that support people to secure their goals, manage in environments of complexity, enhance leadership capability, lead organisation and cultural change, unlock mindsets shown to support innovation, and develop and implement effective talent management processes. Chris draws on evidence-based practice from the fields of positive and coaching psychology, change management and innovation.
Chris brings to his practice more than 20 years corporate experience with accountability for complex change, talent identification, leadership development and leadership of the HR function in the manufacturing, construction, capital equipment, technology and industrial services sectors.
Chris holds a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology, University of Melbourne, Masters of Applied Science (Psychology of Coaching), University of Sydney, Masters of Business (HRM), Charles Sturt University, and a Bachelor of Economics (Industrial Relations Major), University of Newcastle. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Association for Coaching, Institute of Coaching and Australian Human Resources Institute.
