Engagement & Career Fulfilment Report
We all have experienced the difference between engagement and disengagement. When we are engaged, we bring our full self into what we do – physically, mentally and emotionally. When we are disengaged, the opposite is the case. We withdraw, and although we may be physically present, the energy is low, and we are mentally and emotionally absent. On days when we feel disengaged, we are unlikely to produce great results. If we feel disengaged over more extended periods, everything suffers - our work, our health, our relationships.
An individual’s engagement at work is impacted by a multitude of factors that are often ignored or over simplified. Engaging team members takes a lot more than a recognition program or just paying well, extrinsic forms of motivation. True engagement is driven by intrinsic motivation, were people achieve meaning from the work they do and concurrence with the values of their organisation. The evidence-base of employee and work engagement continues to expand and clearly includes fulfillment of expectations, an individual feeling competent and wanted, organisation practices and leader behaviour. The core of engagement sits with quality conversations between the leader and team member.
The Harrison Engagement & Career Fulfillment report enables individuals and managers to enter fruitful discussions that establish mutually beneficial, long-term employment relationships by providing insight into the drivers of an individual's engagement. The report provides an overall fulfilment score that measures the degree to which an individual's engagement expectations are fulfilled. Focusing on eight expectations identified as key drivers of engagement the report highlights the importance of each driver to engagement of the individual and the level these are met by the organisation.

Individual Harrison Engagement & Career Fulfillment reports can be collated into a cohort report showing the levels of engagement for each factor across the cohort and the spread of ratings across each factor.

The Engagement and Career Fulfilment Report is available as a stand-alone report for $130. The report is available in conjunction with other reports, such as the Remote Work Detail Report package. You can order up to five reports with the order form below or contact us to discuss a wider implementation.
Links to complete the Engagement and Career Fulfilment Report will be sent on placement of the order on the basis that those nominated have been advised to expect the link. Reports will not be released to the requestor until an account with Set to Change is established through the raising of an invoice and payment confirmed.
